Turning Point Ranch is a way we can enfold ex-offenders into a loving,
caring enviroment centering around Christ,
honest working conditions, accountability, and successful placement back
into society.
Turning Point Ranch is a
non-denominational organization that focuses on Christ as the center of
our lives. We
also believe that the only way to have salvation
and enter the Kingdom of God, is through Christ's death on the cross
and
His resurrection from the dead. Salvation is a
gift from God, and is only by the grace of God that we can acheive
eternal
life, it is not by any merit of ourselves.
Praise God for His willingness to give this grace and mercy to us!!!

Our
Mission Statement:
To intervene in the lives of men who have been
imprisoned, by providing transitional housing, care, support, and
Christian
discipleship to improve their lives spiritually,
mentally, physically, and to assist them in acheiving successful
integration
back into society.

"Keep on loving each other as brothers. Do not forget to
entertain strangers, for by
doing so some people have entertained angels
without knowing it. Remember those in prison as if you were their fellow
prisoners
and those who are mistreated as if you
yourselves were suffering." Hebrews 13:1-3
|

For some, discipleship starts while still in
prison.Once released from incarceration
many fall back into the same old habits, and
routines, hanging around with the old crowd, getting back into trouble.
The discipleship
learned in prison falls easily by the wayside,
Christ continues to become less, and less evident in their hearts, and
lives.
They need help!!! They need to keep their focus
on the light of God's eternal promises, and His salvation offered
through
a personal relationship With Jesus Christ.

"But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich
in mercy, made us alive with
Christ even when we were dead in
transgressions...For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-
and this not from
yourselves, it is a gift of God- not by works,
so that no one can boast. For we are God's workmanship, created in
Christ Jesus
to do good works, which God prepared in advance
for us to do." Ephesians 2:4-5 8-10
|
" What good is it, my brothers, if a man claims to have
faith but has no deeds?
Can such faith save him? Suppose a brother or
sister is without clothes and daily food? If one of you says to him, "Go
I wish
you well, keep warm and well fed." but does
nothing about his physical need, what good is it? In the same way, faith
by itself,if
it is not accompanied by action, is dead." James
2:14-17
